Immunizations

General Information

Vaccines are administered according to the CDC guidelines.

Let us come to you! Contact the ACHD to see how we can come to your company for an influenza vaccine clinic. (Must have a minimum of 20 employees)

Why wait?  Access your child’s immunization record using the Kentucky Immunization Parent Portal.

Get up to date Coronavirus Vaccines and Booster information.

What age does my child (or yourself) need vaccines?  What vaccines do they (I) need? Please view the CDC Immunization Schedule for information on vaccine dosages, series, and age of baby/child/adolescent/adult, etc.

Do you want to know information on a vaccine? Risks? Benefits?  Please view the Vaccine Information Sheets (VIS) for information on the vaccine, age recommendations, risks/benefits of the vaccine, questions to ask your provider, etc.

Payment

Childhood immunizations are available for children from 2 months to 18 years through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program if receiving Medicaid.

Please contact the Allen County Health Department to determine immunization need, availability, and payment source. Any payment required must be made by cash or check.
